Trailblazer Spotlight: Jill Pemberton
Jill is the North America CFO for LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the parent company of luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Hennessy, and Sephora. She is responsible for partnering with the North America CEO and leadership team on all financial and strategic objectives. She leads a team of professionals in Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Risk, IT, and Procurement in managing the regional P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance and analyzes key financial measures to identify risk or opportunity in order to maximize success.
Jill has significant experience in financial management including sales and marketing finance, corporate financial planning & analysis, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain finance, and investor relations. She has worked in the Luxury, Media, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Airline, and Automobile industries. Prior to joining LVMH, Jill held finance leadership positions at Viacom, Johnson & Johnson, HJ Heinz, Delta Air Lines, and TRW.
Jill holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. Jill and her husband Dennis have 2 college-aged children and live in New York City.
