Ayana Douglas is Treasurer. She is a realtor for Compass, the premier real estate brokerage firm in DC. Prior to joining Compass in 2015, Ayana worked in corporate with Jones Lang Lasalle. She is a skilled negotiator and has strong analytical skills. She loves digging through the data and trends to offer solid solutions to clients. Ayana’s mission is to create and build wealth through real estate for all clients across the spectrum. Her fluency in real estate spans sales, investing and development. She works with traditional buyers and sellers, investors, and developers.
